    Youth Culture Leaders' Retreat 2024

Newday are excited to be gathering Youth Leaders from around the UK for our 2024 Youth Culture Leaders' Retreat.

The aim for the weekend is exactly that: retreat. A space to pause from the busyness of Youth Work and spend some time being refreshed in the presence of God: with the hopes of leaving the Retreat ready to go again! Accommodation, meals and refreshments are provided for the duration of the Retreat: so you don't need to worry about a thing! Just bring yourself and come expectant for what God will do.

We are excited to be joined by Ezekiel Rink and Susie Aldridge from DTI Vineyard on the Saturday to teach and train us. They have both worked as youth workers for many years and serve youth groups across the vineyard movement.

The weekend will be hosted by Tex Chettiar & Linda Geevanathan who will be leading through the sessions and are organising a wide range of mentoring groups (more details to follow).

We'll also be joined by Stu Gibbs & Martin Segal who will be helping us grow in our understanding and practice of ministry in the power of the Spirit.

We're gathering at the lovely King's Park Conference Centre in Northampton. You're free to arrive from 5pm on Friday 8 November to get settled into your room, followed by dinner and an evening session together. We will finish with lunch altogether on Sunday 10 November before heading off, leaving site by 2pm.

Tickets cost £200 (Early Bird) and will rise to £220 on 1 September 2024.

Attendees of the retreat will also receive a FREE TICKET to our Youth Culture Conference on 1 Feb 2025 at Westminster Chapel in London.

    01 Feb 2025 - 01 Feb 2025

    Youth Culture Conference 2025

How do you get to grips with the real issues that are challenging and influencing young people today?

Truly discipling the next generation isn’t going to be achieved by simply employing a youth worker or ticking a box by running a youth group. If we want to see young people genuinely encountering Jesus in an ever-changing and increasing challenging culture, the church needs to be equipped.

We want to provide a better understanding, develop compassion and sharpen practical skills to help you love and disciple young people in a greater way: whether you're a Youth Leader, youth team volunteer, Church Leader, Social Worker, Teacher or parent.

Join us on Saturday 1 February at Westminster Chapel in Central London for a one day conference, gathering from 10.00am-6.00pm. We will be looking together at some of the biggest issues facing young people today and hearing from a range of people with a wealth of experience working with the next generation.

Aside from insightful and challenging plenary sessions including worship and bible teaching, we will be facilitating conversations and creating spaces specifically for youth workers, professionals, church leaders and parents.

Doors open 9.30am. Ticket is for unallocated seating within the venue.

Refreshments will be provided on arrival, lunch is not included but space will be provided for delegates to eat lunch brought to the venue.
